Pamela Anderson, who is currently filming Blonde and Blonder alongside Denise Richards in Vancouver, Canada, has blasted the "idiotic" photographers surrounding the movie set.

Pam wrote on her website, "I can't believe the set is surrounded by loser paparazzi -not Canadian - all American and European. Leave us alone!!! They are being super idiots!!! Yelling rude stuff. They need to really go home! What is the big deal? All these big hairy men attacking us girls. A-holes!!!"

Pamela Anderson also suggested the paparazzi had been taunting Denise about her failed marriage to Charlie Sheen when she threw a photographer's computer over a balcony last week - narrowly missing an elderly lady.

She wrote, "Paparazzi were shouting out, 'no wonder you can't keep a relationship together' to Denise. Denise walked up to them. They threatened her and something happened. Normally I don't care but I feel protective of Denise - I can relate. If it were me I would've thrown the photographers over the edge - they got lucky."

Denise has since apologized for losing her temper and says she is relieved no one was hurt.

She told TV show "Access Hollywood," "I am not justifying my behavior. It was wrong. I offered to give a photographer a few nice shots so he would leave and we could focus on our scene. But he wouldn't and got really belligerent, saying vulgar, nasty things to me and making a derogatory remark about my family. I just did what I did and I feel terrible."

What happens when reality becomes stranger than a reality TV show? That was the conundrum, well sort of, for Perry Grebin and Michael Nigro, two documentary filmmakers whose film premieres at the Tribeca Film Festival on April 26. "American Cannibal: The Road to Reality" chronicles an ill-fated reality TV production backed by porn mogul Kevin Blatt, the man best known for distributing the Paris Hilton sex video.

Over the last two weeks, as they feverishly worked toward the final print of their film, Grebin and Nigro also worked double-time battling Blatt whether or not the movie could actually screen at all. Blatt appears in the film several times talking openly about his "business" and how he got himself (and Hilton's night-vision proclivities), on the map. Blatt is also shopping a proposal for a tell-all book tentatively titled "The Accidental Pornographer" on the uh, ins and outs of marketing celebrity sex tapes.

Coincidentally -- or not -- Blatt filed a cease-and-desist order on April 12 to prevent the movie from being shown, ostensibly because he was concerned about "unauthorized" remarks he made on tape that might appear in "American Cannibal." Perhaps that's the truth; Blatt says:

"I'm a nice Jewish boy from Cleveland, I can't have my parents be ashamed. I know we had some crazy wild parties and the cameras were rolling."

But query whether they'll be bursting with pride over his forthcoming porn book -- or whether Blatt just wanted to save the juicy stuff for his own project.

Paris Hilton sex video producer wants to stop Tribeca entry.

The documentary "American Cannibal" is scheduled to be shown at the Tribeca Film Festival this spring.

However, Kevin Blatt, who is famous for producing the Paris Hilton sex video that gained notoriety on the Internet, has filed a cease and desist order to stop the movie from being shown.

"American Cannibal" shows what people would do to get on television. One person was even asked if they would eat their partner's finger or toe, hence the name, "American Cannibal."

Blatt's attorney, Rachel Kugel, said Blatt talked about his successes in getting the Paris Hilton sex tape to the world while the cameras were rolling. Kugel said some of those comments were not meant for the public, and he wants them taken out of the movie.

Neither Blatt nor Kugel have seen a final cut of "American Cannibal," and until they are sure those business comments are not in it, they want the movie stopped.

The Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation presented its Vanguard Award to Theron at the 17th annual GLAAD Media Awards for increasing "visibility and understanding in the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community."

"This is very surreal for me because two years ago, I stood right here and won my Oscar for 'Monster,'"

Former Playboy Playmate of the Year Anna Nicole Smith may help rescue a 35-year-old autistic woman, Nancy K. Golin, from confinement in a California facility.

Smith's case, Marshall v. Marshall, was argued in the U.S. Supreme Court on February 28, 2006, and seems headed for a win over oil-billionaire Howard Marshall II's son E. Pierce Marshall. Smith, aka Vickie Lynn Marshall, seeks to overcome E. Pierce Marshall's attempt to block her from receiving millions of dollars gifted to her by her late elderly husband during their brief marriage.

Golin also has a case before the Supreme Court. Her parents filed a civil rights suit seeking to address California's alleged illegal removal and confinement of her, as well as alleged state perpetuated physical and mental abuse.

While the two persons seem world's apart, their case aren't. And what happens in Anna Nicole's case will probably dictate the outcome in Nancy's.

Anna Nicole Smith is a centerfold model, fitness promoter, celebrity and former exotic dancer, bitterly at odds with her husband's family over the deceased billionaire's fortune, and well supported by a battalion of high-profile attorneys. Golin is autistic and epileptic, and a virtual prisoner in a state residential care facility, unable to see her family who raised her from birth, except under restrictive conditions. Ms. Golin's health is declining under the state's regimen, despite the efforts of state Senator Jeff Denham to help. She has suffered lifethreatening brain, bone and esophageal damage from illegal psychiatric drugging, untreated fractures, denial of emergency medical care, and emotional, physical and sexual abuse while her terrified parents have been forced to just stand by and watch.

Golin's family is neither wealthy nor famous, but the united parents have advocated tirelessly for four years for their daughter to be released back home. Nancy and her family's civil rights lawsuit (No. 05-791) ascended from the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, where Anna Nicole's was denied on similar grounds. Their legal arguments are almost identical. Both are appeals of probate court proceedings. The Texas court stripped Nicole's husband, and the California court stripped Nancy, of their civil rights, including the right of to be represented by their chosen family members.

Nancy's father, a 65-year old retired MIT-trained physicist and engineer with no prior legal education, represented himself, his wife, and Nancy over a four year losing battle against a battery of state lawyers. Just now, he has the assistance of New York family rights advocate, attorney Gerard Wallace. They are awaiting the Court's decision on whether the Court will hear the case. Like thousands of other hopeful petitioners, the odds are against them. But Anna Nicole Smith has led the way. If the Court decides in her favor, almost certainly the Golins will be heard.

At stake is federal jurisdiction over state guardianship abuses. In other words, is there a so-called "probate exception" that immunizes state guardianship from congressional enactments? As recent federal appellate decisions have declared.

According to Wallace, even more could be at stake.

"The Golins provided for Nancy from her birth. They never ceased acting as her parental caregivers and as her natural guardians. Now they want to use Section 1983 of the Civil Rights Act to address the significant harms perpetuated by the state. But their rights as parents have gone unrecognized. The Supreme Court has never ruled on whether parents who have cared for disabled children since birth have the same rights as parents of minor children. Even though both sets of parents have never ceased to exercise care, control, and decision making."

If Anna Nicole wins, the Court could use Golin to decide whether the Golins have a constitutionally protected liberty interest in the continuing association and companionship with their disabled adult daughter Nancy.

On Saturday, March 11, the Golins submitted a Supplemental Brief, suggesting that the Court reach its final opinion in Marshall before deciding their case. American Idol Gets Own Live Pre-Show

American Idol now merits its own pre-show. Beginning Tuesday, the TV Guide Channel will present an hourlong, live pre-show before each of this season's remaining American Idol telecasts.

Idol Tonight will feature appearances by ejected contestants and past Idol stars, plus interviews with vocal coaches, casting agents and industry insiders. Exclusive footage, including auditions, outtakes and post-performance confessions, will also be shown on the weekly program, a show publicist said Monday.

Hosted by former Idol finalist Kimberly Caldwell and one-time Popstars contestant Rosanna Tavarez, Idol Tonight will air at 7 p.m. and will capture the red carpet vibe outside "American Idol," said Ryan O'Hara, president of the TV Guide Channel.

Idol Tonight will be broadcast from CBS Television City, where American Idol is filmed.

Actress Pamela Bach made the filing Monday against Hasselhoff in Los Angeles Superior Court, summary records on the court's Web site show.

At a private hearing, Bach also asked for a temporary restraining order against the actor, but a judge denied the request, instead instructing the two to stay away from each other.

Hasselhoff played lifeguard Mitch Buchannon in "Baywatch" 1989-2000. He also starred in the 1980s TV series "Knight Rider," in which his character, Michael Knight, teamed with a talking Pontiac Trans Am sports car to fight crime.

Girl in Kid Rock Sex Tape Files Lawsuit

One of four girls featured in the Kid Rock and Scott Stapp Sex Tape has filed suit against the former Creed frontman and World Wide Red Light District Video, the company attempting to distribute this sex video.

The girl, identified as Jane Doe, alleges that "on or about December 28, 1999" she engaged in sexual acts with Stapp "after a romantic interlude" and that she was "under the belief that the video was to remain in Stapp's private possession."

The suit seeks unspecified damages for emotional distress and invasion of privacy. World Wide Red Light District Video, which has been trying to market the sex tape, is also named in the suit.

"The video was taped in private by Stapp ... under the premise that it would remain in his possession and not be released to anyone," reads a copy of the suit posted on TheSmokingGun.com. "Stapp permitted private facts regarding Doe to be publicly disclosed by allowing the video to be given and / or sold to World Wide ... for public disclosure and commercial exploitation."

Gay Films Combined 15 Oscar Nominations

Gay advocates said the number of Oscars earned by those movies wasn't as important as their impact on Hollywood and America.

The items were sold for $2,775 at an auction in November when she failed to pay the bill to the storage facility where they were being kept.

Sources report the items include photos of Paris Hilton in various stages of undress, as well as 18 personal diaries recounting sexual escapades. Also included in the batch of items were computers, clothing, videos, furniture and sex toys.

The report appeared days after Hilton claimed that some of her belongings had been "illegally seized" from the storage facility.

Paris Hilton was "incredibly upset and angry" and feels "victimised". Hilton's lawyers are threatening legal action against anyone in possession of the items.

Hilton may buy back the items but characterised the $20 million asking price as a "rather irrational request".

Alba's attorney Brian Wolf of the Los Angeles-based celeb-friendly law firm Lavely & Singer, said Playboy illegally obtained a picture of the bikini-clad model for its cover in order to make it appear that she was posing either nude or semi-nude in a pictorial. Wolf claims that the actress was approached by the magazine about posing for photos in connection with an article on Hollywood's 25 Sexiest Celebrities, but that she refused the offer and denied Playboy permission to use her picture.

"In featuring Ms. Alba's photograph on the cover of Playboy's March issue, it is clear that Playboy's intent was to create a false belief and/or expectation among the public that Ms. Alba voluntarily appeared in the nude, or semi-nude and that a revealing pictorial of her in contained in Playboy's March issue," Brian Wolf said.

"Playboy falsely represented to Columbia/MGM Pictures that Ms. Alba had knowledge of and approved the use of the photos within the magazine," he continued.

"The conduct of Playboy has caused immeasurable harm to Ms. Alba’s reputation and career and constitutes a blatant and egregious unauthorized commercial exploitation of Ms. Alba’s rights of publicity."

A federal judge in Detroit told an Internet Porn website in California that it can't show a preview clip from a Kid Rock Sex Tape.

U.S. District Judge John Feikens signed the temporary restraining order Tuesday, an hour after Kid Rock's lawyers filed a lawsuit against World Wide Red Light District and its president, David Joseph. The order will remain in effect until a court hearing Friday - though the clip had already been removed voluntarily by the company last week.

"We don't deny the authenticity of the tape," Kid Rock's lawyer, William Horton of Troy, said Tuesday after obtaining the restraining order. "But they're using this without his permission to drive the sales of their other products.

In an affidavit accompanying the lawsuit, Kid Rock, who was born Robert Ritchie, said Stapp shot the video in December 1999 on a concert bus near Miami. At the time, Stapp was the lead singer of Creed, a popular 1990s rock group that split up in 2004.

"This was a private video and was not intended for public display," Ritchie said in the suit filing. "It was explicitly understood that the video would remain at all times the private property of Mr. Stapp and would not be displayed or exhibited to the public."

First Look Studios, the growing independent entertainment company, has teamed with Pamela Anderson, one of this generation's most popular female actresses, for the official DVD release of the popular series "Baywatch." Jenna Jameson announced the finalists for Playboy TV’s "Jenna’s American Sex Star" at the Club Jenna booth Friday during the AVN Entertainment Expo in Las Vegas.

The field has been narrowed down to Tiffany Taylor, Michelle Maylene, Lacie Heart and Jameson's personal "wildcard" finalist, Brea Bennett, who was chosen from the pool of previously eliminated contestants.

All four finalists will appear on Playboy TV’s "Private Calls Live" at 6 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT this Friday to interact with callers and help stimulate voting. Online voting for the Grand Prize winner will continue at www.americansexstar.com until the final episode of "Jenna’s American Sex Star" which airs live January 20, 9 p.m. ET/10 p.m. PT.

Two 24 Year Old Aspiring Entrepreneurs Taking "it" to Another Level

With the media frenzy, billboards, online ads, tv and print advertising campaigns already promoting Howard Stern's move to satellite radio, almost every customer is informed about this historical moment. But wait, there’s more.

Entrepreneurs Brian Schwartz, 24, of New Jersey and John Hill, 24, of Florida have joined forces for the ultimate tribute to one of the most successful figures in American media. In a collaborative effort, both are selling on eBay the first and only custom-made Talking Bobblehead of all Media.

In November of 2005, John, a crafty real estate agent with a niche of creating custom bobbleheads, made a name for himself by selling a Trading Spouses God Warrior Talking Bobblehead for a final amount of $870. John, better known as jhbmw007 on eBay, attracted national media attention, had accumulated over 400,000 visitors, 92 bids and nevertheless, the bobblehead made an appearance on the Jay Leno Show.

During the Trading Spouses Bobblehead auction, Brian, a marketing coordinator and web designer, also known as EZas123 on eBay with a niche of targeting sellers looking to ‘spice up’ their auctions, sent John an email. “When your 15 minutes of fame are over, contact me. I have a SERIOUS idea to add another 15 minutes under your belt.”

Coordinating with Schwartz, John went right to work on the Howard Stern bobblehead. The bobblehead was made of Sculpey clay, has real doll hair, a pair of glasses, lifelike clothing, and a customized base with a permanently built-in play button to hear sound clips of Howard’s famous sayings. Both agree this can be a 'Serious' publicity tool for Howard Stern and can possibly persuade new subscribers. As John was finishing up the bobblehead, Schwartz was preparing the visual effect filled and music enhanced auction listing to "potentially be viewed by hundreds of thousands, maybe millions."

Schwartz further explains,

"Aside from all of the potty humor, we believe Howard’s playbook in catering to his tightly targeted market and maintaining a consistent brand throughout his career can be applied to Small Business Marketing & Entrepreneurs everywhere. As young entrepreneurs, we aim to benchmark Howard’s marketing success with our very own ventures."

Top 10 Losers of 2005, From The Comedy Wire International Radio Service.

Who were the biggest losers of 2005? It's a tough call, even for self-proclaimed "loserologist" Pat Reeder.

Since 1992, Reeder and wife/writing partner Laura Ainsworth have written The Comedy Wire syndicated humor service (www.comedy-wire.com), used by radio DJs and talk show hosts worldwide. They scour the world daily for news of hilariously humiliating screw-ups. With their prior experience in corporate training, they realized that most of these missteps could fit into one or more categories of nine basic, easily-avoidable mistakes, such as "Never Plan Ahead" or "Work While Drunk or High." They codified these mistakes in their "reverse self-help" book, "Nine Hallmarks of Highly Incompetent Losers." Reeder also does a humorous live speech for corporate audiences on avoiding the pitfalls of loserdom, and each year, the Comedy Wire releases its annual list of the "Top Ten Losers of the Year."

Reeder said,

"2005 was a turbulent year, where newsmakers were down one day, up the next. Winners and losers were often mixed up, sometimes in the same person. For instance, if you pondered the word 'loser,' you might naturally conjure up a mental image of Kevin Federline. On the other hand, 'K-Fed' spent 2005 sleeping with Britney Spears in a mansion and partying on her dime. Even if she dumps him, it's rumored the pre-nup will pay him a couple million dollars, which should keep him in the lifestyle he's inexplicably accustomed to for about six months, by which time, he'll probably have married Paris Hilton. He's a kind of winner disguised as a loser."

"And we won't know until 2006 who's the big loser: Tom Delay or his comically zealous prosecutor, Ronnie Earle. See, confusing year."

So after much debate and with a couple of caveats, 10 "winners" for the "Top Ten Losers of 2005" were chosen. Unlike other lists that are released in December, the Comedy Wire creators always wait until January 1 because, as Reeder noted, "It's never too late to come out of nowhere and snatch defeat from the jaws of victory, as our #1 Loser can attest."

AND THE COMEDY WIRE'S TOP 10 LOSERS OF 2005 ARE...

10. Tom Cruise -- He ranks this low only because he is a prime example of the "winning loser." He had a hit movie, snagged a lovely if unlikely fiancee, and made far more money than you. But he also plummeted from box office king to "Most Annoying Celebrity" thanks to our Loser Hallmarks #7: "Lose Your Cool" (kangarooing all over Oprah's couch, sniping at Matt Lauer) and #8: "Claim Talents You Don't Really Have" (in this case, an expertise in psychiatric diagnosis, which is frankly just nuts).

9. French President Jacques Chirac - After years of sniffing that American leaders were stupid, violent cowboys for meeting threats with force, the French government at last got a chance to show the world their enlightened, non-violent plan for dealing with rioters. It turned out to be "See how long we can pretend we don't notice the smell of smoldering Peugeots before finally sending in the cops."

8. The Dumbest Criminal of the Year is always the hardest choice due to the abundance of worthy candidates, but rising below them all was a Nashville teenager who exemplified Loser Hallmark #2: "Don't Sweat The Details." She was charged with trying to hire a hit man to kill four men and steal a large pile of cocaine she'd seen at their house. Not only was the "hit man" an undercover cop, the "cocaine" was actually a pile of white cheese used to make nachos. The only detail she got right: it actually was an addictive substance.

7. The Music Industry - Battled ever-falling CD sales with a two-prong strategy to win back music fans: Bully them with extortionist lawsuits and infect CDs with computer-crashing spyware. What's their next brilliant PR move, injecting every CD label with small pox virus?

6. "Runaway Bride" Jennifer Wilbanks -- This story seemed to drag on forever, becoming more outrageous and embarrassing with each new twist, all because Ms Wilbanks couldn't communicate five little words: "Honey, let's postpone the wedding."

5. President Bush - Had a tough year, as he was once again the poster child for Loser Hallmark #4: "Don't Communicate Clearly." His best response to months of criticism was to try to flee through a locked door. But to show what a seesaw year it was, Bush finally started defending himself and ended 2005 with his dismal poll numbers sharply rising. He was helped by...

4. The Democrats -- Started the year on an upswing by appealing to growing anti-war sentiment, but once again fell victim to their eternal weakness, Loser Hallmark #9: "Bend Over Too Far Backwards." By never realizing when they are going too far, they let "Let's Bring Our Troops Home!" morph into "America Can't Win!," not exactly an inspiring campaign slogan. Note to Tom Cruise: these people might be running America if only Howard Dean would take Ritalin.

3. (Three-way tie) Former FEMA Director Michael Brown, whose handling of the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina set a new high water mark for Loser Hallmark #1: "Never Plan Ahead;" and Louisiana Gov. Kathleen Blanco and New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin, who nearly sprained their fingers pointing at FEMA despite being equally useless in both the aftermath and the beforemath. Blanco and Nagin are actually seeking reelection while Brown was wise enough to take a new job...as a consultant on disaster preparedness! We're already reserving spots on the 2006 list.

2. Santa Barbara, California, D.A. Tom Sneddon -- Spent millions of taxpayer dollars and months of police time, yet was somehow unable to convince just 12 people that Michael Jackson likes little boys. And he even had Jay Leno in court to help! Sneddon's one great accomplishment in 2005 was to keep Jacko off the Loser List for the first time in years .

1. Roger Toussaint -- New York City transit workers' union boss, who made it all the way to one week before Christmas in happy obscurity before calling a Grinch-like bus and subway strike that decimated businesses and forced furious New Yorkers to trudge for miles through bitter cold. Illustrating several Loser Hallmarks, including #2: "Lose Sight of Your Goal," Toussaint racked up huge fines and didn't win any better contract terms, but he victoriously declared that the strike won "respect" for transit workers...which it did, if you define "respect" as "an eyeful of spit."

Pamela Anderson has asked for her new show Stacked to be moved to a later time slot as she doesn't think it's suitable for children.

The star, whose pole-dancing video was recently cut from a TV broadcast of Elton John's Las Vegas show, asked to be moved from an 8.30 slot to a more suitable 9.30 one. She admits that her shows are not family-orientated:

"I should not ever be on TV before 8 o'clock - 9.30 (is a better time for) Stacked. I think we're gonna move it to 9.30."

The sitcom is to be moved to its new position next March.

So, just what happens when you get a whole load of celebrities in their Rolls Royces?

They get stuck in a massive A-list traffic jam - and so it was for the star guests arriving at Elton John's wedding.The poor lambs... they were like well-dressed goldfish in a bowl, as they sat in their cars waiting for up to an hour to get into Elton and David's swanky wedding bash.

Dressed in their party frocks and snazzy suits, most of them tried their best to avoid the clamour of photographers around their cars - but in the end, most of them managed to crack a smile. Except for Posh Spice of course, who displayed some top drawer pouts for the eager snappers. She was accompanied by an unidentified friend, as Becks couldn't make it due to football commitments.

Other guests, including Liz Hurley, Sharon Stone and Dougray Scott, chose to while away the time by using their mobiles - either to make calls, send texts or perhaps play a game of Snakes or two.

Another tactic the celebs used to kill time was to re-read their invite again and again - perhaps Kelly Osbourne and Boris Becker were just double-checking they were at the right venue. Staring blankly into the dark distance was another look of the evening - a pretty impressive skill considering the amount of flash-bulbs that were going off.

But traffic jams aside, once the guests arrived at the bash, they could look forward to munching on a roast dinner (vegetable cottage pie for the veggies), following by a chocolate log.

And presumably there was plenty of champers to calm the frayed nerves.

Writes Anderson, "As a KFC manager, you can help make positive changes … by letting Yum! CEO David Novak know that you don’t want to sell—and the people of Calgary don’t want to buy—chickens who have been crippled, abused, and scalded alive."

Anderson points out that KFC ignored the recommendations for animal welfare improvements made by members of its own advisory panel, five of whom have since resigned after being ignored for years. Former KFC advisor Adele Douglass told the Chicago Tribune that KFC "never had any meetings. They never asked any advice, and then they touted to the press that they had this animal-welfare advisory committee. I felt like I was being used."

LOS ANGELES - Playboy model-turned-TV personality Anna Nicole Smith turned up drunk and too scantily clad to a Live 8 concert, damaging the reputation of the international charity benefit, a lawsuit filed against a company affiliated with the actress claims.

The suit was filed on Thursday (December 1) in Los Angeles federal court and alleges that Smith "damaged Live 8's reputation and goodwill in the entertainment industry by her unbecoming and erratic behavior." Live 8 Productions LLC is suing Trimspa Inc., the diet pill maker that uses Smith as a spokesperson, alleging the company failed to deliver on its promise to pay $320,000 for four commercial spots during the broadcast.

Smith, known for her voluptuous figure, wore a shiny pink vest held together with a string at her bust, photos from the Phildadelphia concert show.

Smith's attorney, Howard Stern, told Reuters he was with the actress for the duration of the concert and denied she was intoxicated. He also said the event's organizers had approved of her outfit after he asked if she should change.

“Ilana had made a few comments that she wanted iCorp to make known so people would know her side,” Hytken said. She stated that, "They asked me to model the lingerie line so they could get their creative juices working. Apparently their creative juices weren’t the only things working." Ilana went on to say that, “The new line of clothing is very cool.” She continued by saying, “Sex is a very natural act and I am not ashamed at what I did. So I thought, what’s the harm? I just wished that I had known that I was being taped for the whole world to see."

Hytken stated, “We have just received demands from the extortionists, but we are not disclosing them at this time in hopes to extinguish this situation before it gets worse.” Hytken continued, “The extortionists said if the demands are not met by their deadline, the group will mass distribute the tape on the internet, which could be damaging to Ilana’s career and iCorp’s new search engine, www.iSearchnaked.com.
